Worship Sunday services are held in the sanctuary of the First Parish in Malden at 10:30 a.m. during the church year (first Sunday after Labor day until approximately mid-June). During the summer, Sunday services are held monthly. Please check our Upcoming Services page for details of planned services and our Sermon Archive for recent service topics.. Once a month children attend the first 10-15 minutes of Sunday services with their families. During this period, the service leader will offer a Time for All Ages often inviting the children to come to the front of the church to hear a story, talk about the service topic, or perhaps sing a song together. This conversation is one way to let our children know that they are a special and important part of our church family. Following the conversation, the children head off to their church school classes. On most other Sundays children begin their church time in their classrooms, allowing more time for their own sharing and lessons. On special occasions, such as our ingathering Water Communion Service or Thanksgiving, the children join the adults in the sanctuary for the full hour as we all enjoy time together as a church family. All are invited to gather for coffee and conversation following the service. There's no dress code at our church. You are as likely to find sweaters and blue jeans as you are a shirt and tie or "Sunday Best" attire. We want you to come however you feel most comfortable.
Our Covenant Love is the doctrine of this church,
